Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP)

The Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) is a long-term effort that focuses on overcoming challenges in getting treatment for substance use disorder (SUD) and opioid use disorder (OUD). It includes services for treatment, prevention, and recovery. In addition, RCORP offers education and training to the community, covering factors that increase the risk of health issues and conditions related to substance use.

Case Management & Peer Recovery Coaching

We help our community overcome obstacles to treating substance use disorder and opioid use disorder. We address issues like transportation, stigma, and limited resources by offering a broad range of services and connections to care for individuals and families in Calhoun, Franklin, Gulf, Jackson, Liberty, and Washington Counties.

Our dedicated case managers work with participants and their support networks to develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring everyone receives the care they need. We offer a range of options and resources to assist you on your recovery path, closely monitoring progress and facilitating smooth transitions between different organizations.

Working in sync with our Case Managers, Our Peer Recovery Coach is focused on helping participants achieve personal goals. Leveraging their own experiences and victories, they offer compassionate support to those facing similar challenges, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.
