PanCare Health is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which operates Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in Bay, Calhoun, Franklin, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Liberty, Walton and Washington Counties. Our corporate office is located in Panama City, Florida. We also have mobile medical and dental units which travel to the most rural regions of the counties we serve to provide affordable health care to those with limited transportation resources.
